REDEEMER’S UNIVERSITY GRADUATES FOR NYSC FROM JUNE 2009

The first set of RUN graduates has been approved for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) mobilization for national service. A letter dated 20 November 2008, from the NYSC stated that “the authorities of the National Universities Commission (NUC) has confirmed to NYSC the approval and accreditation of the academic programmes of the Redeemer’s University”. Consequently, the Director General of the NYSC stated that “the enlistment of RUN as a corps producing institution will take effect from June 2009”. The letter stated that “the NYSC looks forward to the formal presentation of the first set of RUN graduates for mobilization for national service”.
